How to upload Hauler Documents to ISD platform 


Adding your hauler documents via the platform makes it easier to track and get faster responses from the ISD team. 


To upload documents, login to the ISD platform and select “Operators” from the left hand side of the page. 

Select Operator Companies

From here, there are three options:

  • Select the Operator name from the list to manage them

  • Search for a specific operator by selecting the magnifying glass. 

  • Select “Show COIs and W9s” to view the status of the Operator W9/COI





Once you’ve selected the Operator Company, the Company Information page will display. 

Scroll down to Company Documents, and select “Upload Documents” 

Upload the document making sure to add an expiration date for the COI accordingly. 



The document will retain the name given prior to upload. 

To help with identifying the documents, W9’s should be named with the following naming convention: 

“Company Name W9”


COI’s should have the following naming convention:

“Company name COI exp mm.dd.yyyy (Cert Holder Name)”
