To enhance security, we are rolling out Two-Factor Authentication 2FA for company owners.
Starting at the end of July, we are enabling this feature for a subset of our users. Each week, we will roll it out to more users and have every company enabled by September.
When cashing out money from the platform and the app, you will now receive a security code to your phone number that you will have to input for an extra layer of security. See below for guided instructions.
To withdraw money, you will first have to confirm your phone number to receive a 6 digit verification code. Once you confirm your number, you will receive a verification code that you must enter.
After verification, you will see the message that your phone number has been verified, and that you are now ready to continue cashing out.
