Important Reminders to Avoid Delays:
- Voided Transfers: Any withdrawal not fully processed by 5:30 PM PT this Friday will be automatically voided. If your transfer is voided, the funds will safely return to your wallet, and you must re-initiate the transfer on Monday.
- Plan Your Cash-Outs: We strongly recommend initiating any necessary withdrawals before Wednesday, March 11th, to ensure they clear before the Friday cutoff.
- New Instant Option: Have your business debit card ready to link early next week to take advantage of our new Instant Debit Card Transfer feature.

Upon approval of your job task, you will see the funds hit your earnings tab.
Please note that there is a 7.5% early withdrawal fee that is applied if the funds are withdrawn within nine days of the job. The funds will be available to withdraw with no fee after nine 24 hour days from when the job took place.
To view the amount available to withdraw with fee and without fee, please ensure that you are viewing the earnings tab on the web-based platform or the earnings screen on the mobile app.
To make a withdrawal, select CASH OUT.
Next click on confirm to receive a 2FA (two-factor authentication) text to confirm your identity.
You will receive a 6-digit verification code at the phone number associated with your account. Enter the code and click Save.
Once confirmed, you will be prompted to type in the amount that you would like to withdraw and click Next.
For Instant transfer, select the instant option by clicking on it. You will see the Instant Transfer Fee value calculated based on a 1% fee. There is a $50 maximum. Then click the Cash Out button.
Next, you will see a confirmation message. Click on OK to close the popup.
At this time, a confirmation message will appear at the top right of the screen. Your transaction is now being processed.
NOTE: Instant transactions can take up to 30 minutes to complete.
The status of the payment can be viewed on the earnings tab on the Iron Sheepdog application and/or platform.
To view all transactions, select "View Transactions Report" next to LATEST WITHDRAWALS in the Earnings tab. This will give you a breakdown of all withdrawals, earnings, and fees paid in the past.

You will receive an email from Iron Sheepdog with a digital check image. Select the deposit link, which will redirect you to checkbook.io, our payment processing bank. You will need to create an account and do the following:
It may take Checkbook.io 1-3 business days to confirm your account information. Once complete, checkbook.io will send your earnings to your bank account. Your bank account information will be saved, so you will not have to go through the checkbook.io process anymore. However, it is important to go to your checkbook.io account and change your banking information if that information changes. |
