Welcome to the Iron Sheepdog platform! Not sure what role you or a colleague should be or have access to in the Iron Sheepdog platform? Here is an article to help you understand the role of "Client Foreman" so that you and your company can utilize the platform as efficiently and affectively as possible!

A client foreman is an individual that is in charge of what is happening on the job site in real time.

The Foreman is on the jobsite working alongside the trucks, answering questions, running the job site- as a well oiled machine. This is different than the supervisor role seeing as though the supervisor is responsible for the people and the job site as a whole.

Within the Dashboard, there are a few tabs that the Foreman can utilize on a daily basis while on the job site. Below are screen shots of the functions that the dashboard offers.

Todays Jobs: Lists of the jobs for the day within the Company

The special attention tab:

The Todays operators tab & Send message button:

Todays Sites tab:

And the Managed sites tab: able to see all of the managed sites for their company

The Foreman also has access to the jobs tab: ability to filter through the jobs needed and see the list of jobs running

On a desktop/laptop, the foreman also has access to the Reports tab:

The Foreman also has access to the company's trucks/garage:

Lastly, if the Foreman was invited as an administrative role, they have the ability to see the invites tab, which means that they have the ability to invite other "client users" to their company.
