Owner Operators Inviting Employees/Haulers
Adding haulers to your account is simple. You can manage your team and truck details easily through either our mobile app or the web browser(platform).
Key Steps for Inviting Haulers
- Invite: Navigate to the Invite tab and enter the driver's email address.
- Onboard: Once the invitation is sent, ask the hauler to download the app and complete their profile using that same email address.
Important Guidelines: Choosing the Right Role
- Web Browser: You can specifically select the role for each invitee (Owner Operator or Employee).
- Mobile App: All invitees are automatically designated as Employees.
- Understanding Permissions:
- Owner Operators: Only invite other Owner Operators if they require Administrative Permissions, such as reassigning jobs, viewing rates, and accessing reports.
- Employee Drivers: To protect sensitive information, employee drivers only have access to clock into jobs and upload tickets. They will not see rates and reports.
