Denying a task can be done once the hauler has Submitted their task report/clocked out of the job and there is a discrepancy on the task. This is useful so that the system does NOT Auto Approve 24 hours after the task is completed.
Auto approval occurs 24 hours after the completion of the task. This feature allows the haulers to withdraw their earnings 24 hours after the task is completed.
Manually Approving a task is used AFTER the Dispatch or Broker has PROOFED the task and cleared any flags or discrepancies, if the task is past Auto Approval time.
