How to clock out while uploading tickets & how to clock-out without uploading tickets:

*It is important to clock out of EVERY job that you work in order for it to be approved within 24 hours*

Each Task is AUTO APPROVED 24 hours after the hauler has submitted the task report/clocked out. From here the dispatchers will "proof" the task, within those 24 hours, and decide whether the task is to be approved or denied.

*It is important to clock in and out within the Geo-fence of your worksite. Your time does not include the time you are driving to and from your garage at the beginning and end of the day."

*Please note that because of the tracking feature, Dispatchers are continuously aware of the trucks whereabouts, in order to ensure the efficiency of each work day and each truck. If you have chosen to stop and take a break, please leave a note in your task report that states the time you were on lunch/break. This can be done at the end of the day, when you clock out. Example: "I was on lunch break from 1:30pm-2:30pm today, Thank you" Depending on the amount of time that you were on break, it will be deducted from your hours for the work day. *

You have the option to clock out without uploading a ticket.

In order to make this a smooth process for your dispatch and for Iron Sheepdog, you have the option to add a note to your task report when you clock out, example: "I am going to upload my tickets when I get home tonight, thank you" this will notify your dispatcher that you are still in the process of adding tickets, and your dispatch will wait for you to upload your tickets so that your task will not be denied/questioned till you have finished editing. As stated before, it is still important to clock out. If you do not clock out of your job, you will be "Remote checked out" by your dispatch/broker so that they can proof the job, in order for it to be auto-approved within 24 hours.

For assistance, please reach out to your Broker/Dispatch in order for them to be notified of the issue and assist if possible.
