As an Owner Operator, you are responsible for managing your company, trucks, employees, and job assignments within Iron Sheepdog.

Your responsibilities include: (click the links for video instructions)

• Add trucks to your Garage

• Invite and manage your employee operators

• Receive and manage job assignments from Brokers

• Reassign jobs to your employee operators

• Clock into jobs and upload tickets if you are completing the job yourself

• Set up your bank account after your first withdrawal has been initiated

• Withdraw earnings through the Iron Sheepdog platform
