Welcome to the Iron Sheepdog platform! Not sure what role you or a colleague should be or have access to in the Iron Sheepdog platform? Here is an article to help you understand the role of "Client Supervisor" so that you and your company can utilize the platform as efficiently and affectively as possible!
The Supervisor is the individual who is supervising the job and all of the haulers, foreman's and the job site in real time, making sure all is running as a well-oiled machine.
*Remember that when you invite a user as an Administrator, they have the ability to Invite and manage all of the users under their company*
As a Client Supervisor, your Dashboard shows your jobs, operators, and sites for the day below a live map so that you know what is going on in real-time. The map shows teardrop markers for the work sites and the circular icons represent the locations of each of the trucks the operators are driving.
On Today's Operators tab, you will see all of the Operators currently working. This list corresponds to the round markers on the map.
On Today's Sites which shows the sites and stats for the jobs and trucks currently working as seen below. This list corresponds to the teardrop markers on the map.
There is also a Managed Sites tab in the case your company has set up some sites, such as permanent work sites or plants or quarries.
To find a particular job in the past, click on Jobs in the left-hand menu to search or filter by date.
*Note that the Supervisor has the ability to Create and edit jobs, if needed. This feature is available to them for "last minute adjustments" The Broker, or Client Dispatch is in charge of creating and dispatching out the jobs to the haulers, so that the supervisor can run the site efficiently.*
