Welcome to the Iron Sheepdog platform! Not sure what role you or a colleague should be or have access to in the Iron Sheepdog platform? Here is an article to help you understand the role of "Client Executive" so that you and your company can utilize the platform as efficiently and affectively as possible!   

As a Client Executive, you have the highest clearance within your company. This is the "owner", or the individual that needs access to all of the Client features on the Iron Sheepdog platform.

 

When you first log in to Iron Sheepdog, you will see the Overview Dashboard. The Overview Dashboard is the default view for the Client Supervisor and Client Accountant roles. 



If you have Managed Sites, you will see those listed along with certain stats. 



If you click on a Managed Site, you will drill down into that Site's Dashboard. It is the very same Dashboard as the Client Weighmaster sees.

On Today's Sites which shows the sites and stats for the jobs and trucks currently working as seen below. This list corresponds to the teardrop markers on the map. 



On Today's Operators tab, you will see all of the Operators currently working. This list corresponds to the round markers on the map.



If you click over to the Dispatch Dashboard, you will have a view of the current status of each job for your company. The Dispatch Dashboard is the default view for the Client Dispatcher role. It first focuses on the Requires Attention queue which shows the jobs that either have not had the requisite number of operators accept or do not yet specify the number of trucks needed. Once these jobs have enough operators, then these jobs move over to the Dispatched tab. Once all the work is done, the jobs moved over to Completed. 



To find a particular job in the past, click on Jobs in the left-hand menu to search or filter by date. 


If you are looking for a job from a particular managed site, you can select the site from the Managed Sites dropdown to narrow the job results. Or you can click on the magnifying glass to search by job name or select filter to perform a column specific filter such as see all jobs still In Review.
