Welcome to the Iron Sheepdog platform! Not sure what role you or a colleague should be or have access to in the Iron Sheepdog platform? Here is an article to help you understand the role of "Client Weighmaster" so that you and your company can utilize the platform as efficiently and affectively as possible!

As a Weighmaster, your main concern is your worksite. Whether it is a quarry or a plant, this is your domain. You want to know the jobs and trucks that are coming in and out and everything is running smoothly. This is how Iron Sheepdog helps you out.

When you first sign in, you are asked to select your work site and it gets saved to your Profile. Then you go directly to your site's Dashboard and see vital stats about your site.

The default tab shows today's Jobs. The next tab is Parking Lot where you see all of the trucks, or rather operators, that work at your site.

To add trucks to the Parking Lot, you can click Edit Site and go to the Parking Lot to add/remove operators. This is what the Edit Site page looks like.

The third tab is the Map which shows you a geographic picture of your site and where the trucks currently are in real-time.

If you manage multiple sites or need to help out another colleague at another site, you can select their site under the Managed Site dropdown at the top.

To find a particular job in the past, click on Jobs in the left-hand menu to search or filter by date.

There are other useful pages such as the Report page, DBE Report for Small Business concerns, and Invites to see which operators you have invited and whether they have joined yet and if they haven't, you can re-send their invitation.

For assistance, please reach out to your Iron Sheepdog representative, or Broker, in order for them to be notified of the issue and assist if possible.

Please continue to watch the help videos to better your experience on the platform. Feel free to contact Iron Sheepdog if you have any follow up questions or concerns. Thank you!
