It's as easy as:  


  1. Operator/Hauler: Getting started as an Operator on the Iron Sheepdog Platform

    1. RECEIVE YOUR INVITE

    Once a Broker or Owner Operator invites you to the Iron Sheepdog platform, you will receive an invitation email.

    You can either:

    • Open the invitation email and download the Iron Sheepdog app through the link provided, or

    • Go directly to your device’s App Store or Google Play Store and search for Iron Sheepdog.

    If you do not receive an invitation email, it may go to your spam folder. Check spam or go directly to the app store and download the Iron Sheepdog app. 

    2. DOWNLOAD THE APP & CREATE YOUR LOGIN

    Download the Iron Sheepdog App.

    Once you have downloaded the app:

    Email: Enter the email address that was invited to the Iron Sheepdog platform.

    Password: Create a password that is at least 10 characters long and includes:

    • At least one capital letter and one lower case letter

    • At least one number

    • At least one special character (such as $ or !)

    Example: Password1$

    3. KNOW YOUR ROLE

    Your experience in Iron Sheepdog will depend on whether you are an Owner Operator or an Employee.

    OWNER OPERATOR

    As an Owner Operator, you will receive dispatches directly from the Broker.

    You are responsible for:

    • Creating your garage in Iron Sheepdog

    • Inviting and managing your employees

    • Receiving job dispatches directly from Brokers

    • Reassigning your employees on jobs

    • Setting up your bank account and withdrawing your earnings

    EMPLOYEE

    As an Employee, your Owner Operator will assign you to jobs.

    You will use Iron Sheepdog to:

    • Receive jobs from your Owner Operator

    • View your assigned job details

    • Clock in and out of jobs

    • Upload tickets
